Welcome to M8Bets. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and M8Bets ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://m8bets.cam ("Platform", "Site").

By registering an account, accessing the Site, or making use of any service offered on the M8Bets platform — including but not limited to placing bets, playing casino games, claiming bonuses, or making financial transactions — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, where applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Site following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Account" means the personal account registered and maintained by a User on the M8Bets platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward credited to a User's Account as part of a promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, virtual game, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by the Company as a condition of withdrawal and, where applicable, continued access to the Platform.
• "MYR" or "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the functional currency of the Platform for Malaysian members.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law and where the Company does not hold a valid operating licence.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the deposit limit, loss limit, session time limit, cooling-off, and self-exclusion features available within a User's Account settings.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with M8Bets, you must satisfy all of the following criteria:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
2. You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
3. You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
4. You do not have an existing M8Bets account that has been suspended or permanently closed for any reason.
5. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, or affiliate of M8Bets or any of its affiliated entities, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
6. You have not previously been self-excluded from M8Bets or any other gambling platform covered by a mutual exclusion arrangement with M8Bets.
7. You are of sound mind and have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

The Company reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification review.

Each eligible individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the M8Bets platform. The existence of duplicate accounts — whether or not intentional — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. The Company shall not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information provided by you.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials shall be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you shall bear full responsibility for such activity.

4.3 One Account Per Household

The Company may, at its discretion, restrict one Account per household address, IP address, device, or shared payment method, particularly where there is a reasonable suspicion of abuse. Accounts registered under the same residential address in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, or elsewhere in Malaysia may be subject to additional verification.

By accessing the Platform, you agree to use M8Bets solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, syndicate betting, or coordinated wagering strategy designed to exploit the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security, algorithm, or random number generator used on the Platform.
• Using the Platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any transaction in furtherance of criminal activity.
• Opening accounts in fictitious names or on behalf of other persons without proper authorisation.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults — any winnings arising from such exploitation may be voided.
• Posting, transmitting, or otherwise communicating any content that is defamatory, offensive, or harmful to other users or the Company.

Breach of any of the above provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of outstanding balances, without prejudice to any other legal remedies available to the Company.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

M8Bets currently supports the following payment methods for Malaysian members: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT). Supported methods are subject to change without prior notice.

6.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit is RM30 per transaction. The maximum deposit per transaction is RM30,000, subject to the applicable limits of your chosen payment provider. Deposits via e-wallet (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow) are typically credited instantly. FPX bank transfers may take between 5 and 15 minutes.

6.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The Company may require a completed KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing time is typically within 15 minutes for verified accounts, though complex cases may take up to 24 hours.

6.4 Source of Funds

All funds deposited into your M8Bets Account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. The Company reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of any deposited funds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations.

M8Bets offers various promotional incentives to its members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and VIP programme benefits. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published at the time of the promotion:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible account holders only. The Company reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible Account, household, IP address, or shared payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the individual promotion's terms. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds that do not meet the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated group betting, or arbitrage strategies — will result in the voiding of any associated bonus and may lead to account closure.
• Bonus Funds are not redeemable for cash until all wagering requirements have been met in full.

The Company shall be the sole and final arbiter in any dispute relating to the interpretation or application of these bonus terms.

All bets placed on M8Bets are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and shall be read in conjunction with these general terms.

8.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding deduction appears in your Account Balance. The Company reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on suspended or incorrectly priced markets.

8.2 Errors and Manifest Odds Errors

In the event of a palpable error in the display of odds — whether arising from human error, technical malfunction, or data feed failure — the Company reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to members. Winnings arising from manifest error odds are not payable.

8.3 In-Play Betting

Live or in-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and the operational status of the relevant sporting event. The Company reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and without notice. Bets accepted prior to an event suspension will stand unless the market is subsequently voided.

8.4 Mix Parlay

Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets are available on selected sports markets including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, Champions League, and UFC events. All legs of a Mix Parlay must result for the bet to be settled. If one or more legs are voided, the bet will be settled based on the remaining legs at their respective odds.

M8Bets is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its members. The Company recognises that gambling, while an entertainment activity for the majority of players, can become problematic for some individuals.

As a condition of Platform access, the Company requires all registered members to be at least 21 years of age. The Company employs age verification procedures and may request documentary evidence of age at any time.

Members are encouraged to make use of the following Responsible Gambling Tools available within their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of the duration of your gaming session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily close your Account. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for their stated duration.

All content on the M8Bets platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, data, and design elements — is the exclusive property of the Company or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use any such intellectual property without the prior written consent of the Company.

You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform, other than as strictly necessary for your personal, non-commercial use. Unauthorised use of M8Bets intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, M8Bets shall not be liable to any User for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• The use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service provided therein.
• Loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
• Interruptions to service arising from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances outside the Company's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications outages, power failures, or acts of God.
• Reliance on any information, odds, or content displayed on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to, or alteration of, your Account or transmitted data.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, the Company's aggregate liability to any individual User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that User in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. A User may close their Account by contacting M8Bets Support. The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including in circumstances where:

• A User is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms.
• A User is found to have provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information.
• Suspicious activity is detected on the Account, including patterns consistent with money laundering, fraud, or bonus abuse.
• A User fails to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• The Company is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or direction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure for any reason, any real-money balance remaining (net of any outstanding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via their most recently used verified payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Company is incorporated.

In the event of a dispute between a User and the Company, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting M8Bets Support. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of formal notice, either party may pursue resolution through the applicable arbitration or legal channels.

For disputes relating to bet settlement, the Company's records shall be deemed final unless manifestly incorrect. The Company's decisions in respect of promotional offers, bonus eligibility, and account management shall be final and binding.

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, the Company will endeavour to notify registered members by posting a notice on the Platform or by email to the address associated with your Account.

Revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
